Application

1. Gently push back your cuticles.
2. File natural nails, then lightly buff nail bed to remove shine.
3. Clean nails with an alcohol wipe to remove oils & debris.
4. Apply your press-on nails:
   

• • Using Adhesive Tabs (1-Week Wear): Select the right-sized tab and attach it to the underside of the press-on nail. Remove the plastic backing, then firmly press the nail onto your natural nail. Repeat for all ten nails.
    
    
  • Using Nail Glue (1-3 Weeks Wear): Puncture the nozzle of the glue bottle. Apply an appropriate amount of glue to your natural nail, then press and hold the press-on nail in place for at least 15 seconds. Repeat for all ten nails.

Tip: Avoid water on your hands at least an hour before and an hour after application.

Removal

1. Fill a bowl with bearable warm to hot water. Add a small amount of oil and dish soap.
2. Soak nails for 10-15 minutes.
3. Use a cuticle pusher to loosen the nail. You can also apply cuticle oil and slowly work the nail off.
4. Never force a nail to pop off. If you feel resistance, soak for another 5 minutes and try again.

 

Aftercare

• Use a nail buffer to gently remove any leftover nail glue or adhesive from your nail beds.
• Apply cuticle oil to keep your cuticles and nails hydrated, promoting strength and long-lasting wear for your next set!

Finding the perfect fit for your press-on nails is essential to ensure comfort, longevity, and a flawless look. Each sizing kit is tailored to the specific shape and length you’ve selected and includes 14 different sizes to ensure the perfect fit. The nails come unpainted and numbered, allowing you to easily match the correct size to each finger on both hands. 

Follow these simple steps to determine the right size for each finger:

1. Prep Your Nails
   Start with clean, natural nails. Remove any polish, nail art, or other press-ons to ensure a proper fit. Push back your cuticles gently to expose the full nail bed.
   
   
2. Measure Each Finger
   Take each press-on nail tip and hold it up to your natural nail. The goal is to match the size of the press-on with the width of your natural nail, ensuring it covers the entire nail without extending too far over the edges. Press-on nails should fit snugly from side to side, but not overlap the cuticles or sides of your nail.

   Always measure each finger for both hands - sometimes your left and right hand have slightly different sizes!

3. Write Down Your Sizes
   Write down your sizes from thumb to pinky for both hands and send them to me at info@viridiannails.com so I can save them to your customer profile. I will keep these so we always have record of your sizes for each shape and length that you love.
   
   
4. File for the Perfect Shape
   If you find that the press-on nails are just a little too wide once you've received them, use a gentle nail file to trim them to the perfect shape. Always file carefully in one direction to avoid damaging the edges and file off very small amounts at a time. You can always file a little more, but you can't add anything back once its filed off!

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks, depending on production time. Please note that this does not include shipping time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification. For orders that require sizing kits, processing will begin once the sizing information is received. 

Please be aware that once packages are scanned into the carrier system, Viridian is not responsible for any delays, errors, or lost packages.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

How do I check my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that you can use to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

As these nails are custom-made, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements. You have 24 hours after placing your order to make any changes to your requested nail sizes. After this time, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrectly sized nails. However, if I mistakenly send you the wrong size, I will gladly send a replacement with the correct size.
