Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks, depending on production time. Please note that this does not include shipping time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification. For orders that require sizing kits, processing will begin once the sizing information is received. 

Please be aware that once packages are scanned into the carrier system, Viridian is not responsible for any delays, errors, or lost packages.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

How do I check my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that you can use to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

As these nails are custom-made, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements. You have 24 hours after placing your order to make any changes to your requested nail sizes. After this time, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrectly sized nails. However, if I mistakenly send you the wrong size, I will gladly send a replacement with the correct size.
